ICC Introduced New Rule - No Runner in ODI

International Cricket Council (ICC) has introduced a new rule on 27th June 2011 and the newly added rule is 'no runner' in the 50-50 overs ODI (One Day International) Cricket matches. Yes, from now onwards, cricketers should be 100% fit to play ODI Cricket because they won't get any Runner during their bat to run between the wickets on behalf of him.

This new rule of NO RUNNER in CRICKET matches has been implemented but the question remains that what if in-case a serious injury happens to a cricketer or dehydration during hot weather?
